I was at this location to pickup a curbside order but had to go inside because the app wasn’t working. One of the employees followed me in from what I assumed was a break because she was coming from the other side of the building. I ordered the Cubano and got this. I normally don’t have an issue but it was lacking today. Maybe because it’s Monday? 🤷🏻♀️
Went in tonight just after 8pm and had unquestionably THE WORST restaurant experience ever. Walked in and was not welcomed with the usual “welcome to Jimmy John’s!” Actually, no one even acknowledged us.
