So today my wife went into the store. Ordered a #14
The manager called out my wife’s order after that things went south. It was the wrong sandwich. My wife tried to explain that. But miss manager thing with the braids and pink dyed hair went off. Verbally abused my wife. It got so bad an older gentleman who was a customer there tried to step in. He was verbally berated as well.

The service at this location has declined. I order from them quite frequently as I work long hours, plus personal obligations and am unable to break away most of the time. I live down the street, maybe 1/2 mi. They used to be incredibly fast and convenient for our busy lives, but here lately it's taken 35-45 mins to have our order delivered. Currently, waiting over an HOUR for 4 sandwiches. Unfortunately, we already tipped.
