7:45 pm on a Tuesday is the best time for you to clean your oil vats??? That's absolutely awful..... That should have been done at the beginning or end of shift!!!

The man on the other side of the intercom started talking to someone cooking and told him to fix another order of crispy chicken and told him that after that he could go home. I waited until he was finished talking to the employee and he then said is that all you want. I said no I was waiting for you to stop talking to your employee. He said very hatefully well what do you want. I said I want… he then interrupted me and said I don’t have to wait on you bye! This is the closest KFC to my house but I will drive extra to not have to return here. He needs to be fired!

The quality of the food has gone up it was down I quit going for a while but I'm back must be new management
There was only two employees so the drive thru was closed they had inside open only the employees were super nice and helpful didn’t have a crappy attitude I was there less than 5 min they was super fast with the service!
I used to bring my elderly parent here Alot cause she loved KFC crispy chicken legs.We always went thru drive thru and service and food was dam good every time..Thank you employees and the manager at this KFC.? Good job.

We came in the the restaurant at 2:45 ish. The manager had helped a man . Got his food and then failed to address the other 3 customers in the store they he seen had came in while helping the man in front of us and an elderly lady. He finally called to some middle aged lady who finally came to help take orders. While standing there the manager told 4 other customers that drive thru was closed... And for the reason why? No clue they were not busy at all. Finally got our order in and the manager was being rude and hateful. Saying they didn't have x amount of original breast. Then while we were eating the lady and the manager started arguing and fighting with the other worker about they need to do their job and stop complaining. The older lady said you need to do your job I'm not staying over because you didn't do your job. Well then a young mother tried to do thru the drive thru and the manager rudely cut her off and she came in and confronted him on his rude behavior and he kicked her out of the store instead of taking ownership to his rude behavior. On this day This KFC LOST 3 CUSTOMERS! Thanks to the manager who was working.
How are you always having “technical issues” and can’t take orders? 3 times in the last month I’ve tried to stop on my way home and you are closed early or having issues. The man in the drive thru and whomever the manager is are costing you $$$. Owner’s obviously dont care. Absolute worst service for something takes 6-8 minutes to execute.
The last few times I have been to this location they will not serve you through the drive thru. It doesn't matter what time of day there's always an issue. I will not be coming back to this location.
