sept 28 my wife and went for lunch. wife ordered 2 piece with mashed potatoe and coleslaw, we were both charged extra for coleslaw. the afer we were rung up we were told, oh im sorry we have no coleslaw. so we asked to get credit back on card, oh we can not do that. my wife proceede to tell them she was going to contact corporate. then suddenly they said they had coleslaw. they would just remove coleslaw from a to go order and call and tell the custome she had to use it in store. have you ever heard of such a stupid way of doing business

I went through the drive thru, ordered 8 pieces with sides, asked for potato wedges and all dark meat and sweet tea. I get home and have mashed potatoes, white meat, the tea is soured (gone bad). 😩

The drive thru lady was SUPER helpful with explaining everything in depth and it was understandable with the mix & match, what you can & can't get. And what you can do. She was very patient. Helped me save some money for a better family deal. She didn't rush me, which when I go through the drivethru places an their like okay what else or cutting me off, or like rushing me I forget stuff and get overwhelmed. So she definitely made my ordering experience very relaxed. Like one of the only places I've been lately who's been that way. I should of got her name. But I did thank her at the window. I told her she was super helpful and I appreciated that alot. I went for dinner. So it was mid evening.

I have only used drive thru at this location. Easy to get in and quick service.
Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's soggy and full of oil, the quality control of KFC restaurant in the US is just horrible. I like fried chicken and KFC made it convenient, you have to make sure to ask them to make it fresh every single time! Unrelated but you can turn KCF fried chicken into Indonesian Ayam Geprek 👍🙂

Not worth the money. First drive through was closed at 2pm, and only dine-in. So I go inside just to wait and get food that is over cook, the only way this place can be better is if they fire the early crew and get new people or shut down and open a Popeyes. Save your money until then
