Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's soggy and full of oil, the quality control of KFC restaurant in the US is just horrible. I like fried chicken and KFC made it convenient, you have to make sure to ask them to make it fresh every single time! Unrelated but you can turn KCF fried chicken into Indonesian Ayam Geprek 👍🙂

Not worth the money. First drive through was closed at 2pm, and only dine-in. So I go inside just to wait and get food that is over cook, the only way this place can be better is if they fire the early crew and get new people or shut down and open a Popeyes. Save your money until then

Had a pick up order. App said was ready and I'm there and took 5 min to get waited on and they had to make it so waited longer. However they were very nice and food was hot and good.
7:45 pm on a Tuesday is the best time for you to clean your oil vats??? That's absolutely awful..... That should have been done at the beginning or end of shift!!!

The man on the other side of the intercom started talking to someone cooking and told him to fix another order of crispy chicken and told him that after that he could go home. I waited until he was finished talking to the employee and he then said is that all you want. I said no I was waiting for you to stop talking to your employee. He said very hatefully well what do you want. I said I want… he then interrupted me and said I don’t have to wait on you bye! This is the closest KFC to my house but I will drive extra to not have to return here. He needs to be fired!
