We placed an order online and already paid. When I went to pick it up the only employee there told me that they were closed even though the sign says open another hour and a half, would not cancel the order, and kept cutting me off when I asked for help figuring out how to get my money back. I was trying to be understanding, but they just interrupted anything I said. This is the 3rd time we have had problems with this location and it's employees. I had to contact the bank to even get money back.tldr: out $40, no food, got yelled at for asking how to get money back

The lady at the window likes to mumble and say rude things about the customers. I confronted her and she acts dumb like we can’t hear her. She’s clearly very miserable because it’s not the first time she’s been ugly like that, I went a few months ago and didn’t go back for that reason. Figured she wouldn’t be there anymore because she was so hateful and thought she might’ve quit by now. Chicken was undercooked… I will definitely not be going back anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. This establishment is beyond rude and should NOT be open if they have no food to give.We placed an order online for pickup on their website just to get there and the employees say they have no product because their supplies are supposedly frozen. Instead of cancelling the order and apologizing, the manager said they didn’t know how to do anything since they were “new”and kicked my husband out of the lobby refusing a refund of the order. All they gave us is a customer service line to contact.Don’t waste your money at this location, go somewhere else.

Placed a mobile order and when I showed up to pick up food was told need to cancel the order bc they don’t have the product. Yet they still went through and processed my order. Wouldn’t let me cancel so I asked for a refund and was basically laughed at and told that wasn’t going to happen. That they don’t order online they go in person to get food. Employees and manager were extremely rude and unwilling to find a solution. Will not be returning to this location

Eek. I’d rate 0 on a healthy and safety scale. Bathrooms had no toilet paper, no soap, no sanitizer, toilets didn’t flush. Makes you wonder how the employees are keeping germs from going with them into the kitchen

My Daughter And I stop at This KFC to have lunch ,we walk in looking at menu waiting for someone to come to the register to take our order, no one said hello or be right with you , nothing!! they just look at us turned away , it was the rudest thing I have ever went thru, just very disappointing all three employees two male and one female so rude ,, so my daughter and walk out, never again..

The drive-thru wait times are not my problem. I don’t appreciate employees getting upset with me because I didn’t pull far enough ahead to trick their drive- thru sensors. I’m 43 and was chastised like I was a toddler. No thank you. Won’t be back.

My receipt says the lady name is Ms Dee. She’s a small lady, with a big bad attitude! All I did was ordered food. No attitude, no big meal, no issues. However I get to the window and she has an attitude and acting very unprofessional/rude just cus I asked about condiments. The manager was very apologetic. However, this Dee lady issue was she needed to smoke cus I wasn’t out the drive thru before she came out to light a cigarette. Gots to do better frfr. And I’m not being mean or rude stating all facts.
