Had lunch at Kitchen 1907 today at The Collective Kitchens and Cocktails. The Indian Taco and fried okra reminded me of my Oklahoma childhood. So glad we stopped so I can eat an Indian Taco outside of the fair. The okra was also really great. Nice and crispy just like it is supposed to be. Great job!!
A wonderful employee, Phay (although I’m confident I’m spelling it wrong), helped me navigate the menu and curate the perfect meal for my mood. Believe it or not, but you can totally taste nostalgia!Parking: It was dark, so I’m not sure if there are better options than what I could see!
