I showed up at 9:48 and they refused to serve me because they had already “put everything away.” Don’t say you’re open until 10:00 if you have no intentions of staying open until 10:00. Not a good look for a new business. Will not be back. If you’re looking for good customer service, stay away.

Koala Tea is a restaurant with a very cozy environment. It serves good and cheap boba. The honey chewy boba is very good, consistently sweet with a slightly firm texture. Regular sweetness is usually too sweet, so 50% sweetness is recommended. The restaurant has nice people, adequate seating for big groups, and board games.
The menu includes cookie butter w/biscoff foam tea, chai cream tea, strawberry cream tea, almond cream tea, green mango milk tea, and classic tiger tea paired with honey boba. The boba is soft, slightly chewy, and tasty. The place is clean, nicely lit, and has friendly staff. The atmosphere makes it nice to sit and hang out with friends. The prices are affordable, and the customer service is great.
