I regularly crave Krave. Their spicy chicken bites, the garlic bites, chicken teriyaki, ginger dressing salad and their polished white rice are superb— and I’ve never been disappointed by anything else on their menu. 5 star food and 5 star customer service— I once had a full box of leftovers I accidentally left, and they called me within minutes of leaving to ask if I wanted it. Another time I ordered from their extremely helpful kiosk because the front counter was busy, and didn’t realize I needed to order a rice with my meal. When my food came and there was no rice, I asked about it. She said I should have ordered it, but no sweat! She whipped up the biggest bowl of rice for me right there for free. I adore the people who work here and all of their food is genuinely delicious. They have a lot of unique hard to find items on their menu as well, like beef short ribs and tteokbokki (spicy, chewy rice cakes like mochi). Atmosphere is always calm and clean. Highly recommend this place as a jewel of Southwest OKC.

Wish they had more options and selection regarding there sushi and menu also waitress was very rude couldn't get my order right after double explanation how I wanted my order then made it seem like I was inconveniencing her when I wanted it correct and I pointed out I already asked her twice to make it the way I requested the whole experience is overpriced

So why does a company default to one location? Don't bother asking them to help either. It's against policy. But they'll wait 10 minutes for you to drive 30 minutes. Good luck! Even credit towards a future order...
Edit: They KNOW this is a common issue. The staff was defensive right off the bat. Obvious to them doesn't mean to everyone. Just don't order off their website and use another website. Like Teriyaki Madness.

Seemed to be good quality, I didn’t know what I was expecting walking in but it just wasn’t my jam. It’s like Asian food but with teriyaki on everything including the sushi roll so that threw me off. Again, good quality and the staff was very kind, just not my jam for the price.

Just ordered wings and had to wait for a while. Someone came out and told me it was because they had to change the oil in the fryer. It is around 4:00 pm. That oil needs to be changed about 5 or 6 more times. The wings tasted like they had been fried in oil that had never been changed.

This is an interesting slightly modern twist on several popular Asian dishes. We had fried rice, delicious shrimp tempura, as well as yummy chicken bites, miso soup, and gyoza. Everything was done to a turn. I look forward to revisiting and trying some more interesting things.
Came here once to dine in and we were pretty happy and planned on coming back. Placed a mobile order today (5/7/24 around 5:30pm) and had a very different experience.1. Placed the order before I arrived and still had to wait several minutes, when the only thing I ordered was a small chicken bites.2. The price online for a small chicken bites via their Door Dash mobile storefront is $11.99. In store, the price is $9.99. Maybe this is to account for Door Dash fees, but it still feels dishonest. Why not offer an option to order directly from your website via your Google listing, rather than only via Door Dash? Other businesses manage to do this.3. They forgot to give me my plasticware. When I had to go back in to get it, they seemed ambivalent and just handed it to me while continuing to talk amongst themselves.4. The glaze on my chicken was so hardened and sticky (and sweet) that it was hard to eat. When I got these bites before they were not like this, but this time it was more like candied chicken.These may seem like little things, but it's the little things that separate a good business from a mid business. Like treating your customers like you care, rather than like they don't exist. I was going to make this a regular post-workout stop, but now that's easy money they'll miss out on.
Parking: Dedicated parking in front of the business and always plenty of spaces to the side and back of the small parking lot as well.

Love this place, it's a little pricey for what I get (Bento box with beef, every time) but I don't care. It's my new favorite meal even though I never touch the salad or macaroni. They cook it really fast for lunch and it's always an amazing meal that comes out in a timely manner so we can get back in time and not get in trouble. They're always very kind, I love the vibe of the people that work there. I love the chopsticks, I hate the little bitty cups for the soda, but oh well. It's just an all around pleasant experience every time I come here. Worth every penny.
