Customer services store #41896. Manager Maricalla is horrible and very racial profiling . I never out my 42yrs and 14 yrs customer services never been treated the way she did. I have experienced her treated other ppl (Black male) wrong but her ethical very well off respect. I wish someone would Just reach out. or go uncover and watch how she treat customer of a different racial. I know nothing will be done. I can keep spending the word on social media. A platform for sure. ...

Thanks from Inverness!! I really enjoyed not eating. Either this place doesn’t have what I want or they are messing up orders. It used to be good but not so much anymore. There’s much better Mexican food here in Inverness.

Out of food no tacos or enchiladas. It's 1 pm. Clerk didn't even acknowledge me as I walked up no hi hello I'll be right with you. Said the food is really good service down hill.

I just left Laredo Tacos. It was 815 am and I was craving a breakfast taco. I walked up to the counter and looked at the very diverse menu. They have a lot of good choices. There were two ladies working behind the counter. The older lady went into the backroom for something while the younger girl looked at her phone. I waited approx 3 or 4 minutes just standing there in front of the girl reading her phone. I made some noise and she looked up at me and then right back at her phone. I turned and walked out and as I passed the convenient store counter I said to the clerk " I guess Laredo Taco is closed". She looked surprised and then shot a glance at the girl on her phone. I continued out the door and left without ever trying one their delicious tacos. I drove to Taco Bell and got a breakfast taco. I'm sure the food at Laredo Taco would have been better, but I didn't get to try it.

I visited the Laredo Taco on S. Council. The staff was very rude. It took 20 minutes to get my order despite them having 4 workers. The food was decent, but not worth the terrible service.

I was in a few days ago and in line for a long time while employees just stood there. Someone was ahead of me and it took about 7 minutes for a staff member to approach and take orders. About two of the people cooking had their masks on correctly. The rest of the staff were wearing masks but had them below their noses. When it was finally my turn to order I had to ask the person to cover their nose please. I decided to give them another chance and tried to get some breakfast tacos this morning. My husband went in about 10:15, sign said they serve breakfast till 10:30. They were very rude and said they weren't serving breakfast anymore even though there was plenty of time. They didn't apologize or give any kind of explanation as to why they couldn't serve breakfast even thought their sign said they should.

Really used to enjoy picking up tacos for the staff at this location. Unfortunately, the food and service has gone down tremendously. Pay attention to what you are charged. Items like the 2 for 4, will get rung up at 2.99 times 2. Salads that get free toppings... you will get charged extra for anything and everything. The staff has turned over twice in the last 60 days. Its definitely affected the service. Since one of the new managers feels the need to brush her hair behind the counter, I will never eat there again as long as that manager works there.
I went to larado taco today and it will be the last time. The workers were rude and very slow at everything they were doing. They even got in an argument with a customer. The food was awful. I don't think place will last long.
