Expect to wait at least 20 minutes every time. It doesn’t matter if you order ahead or not you will be waiting. I ordered 10 minutes before I arrived and still waited another 20 minutes inside the store. Ridiculous

More batter than meat, the waffle fries are horrible, smaller portions and higher prices. If you are not using the app. I wouldn't recommend.

Food is really fresh and delicious.
Service sucks and is really slow. Employees do more socializing than getting orders out in a timely manner.
Always, and I mean ALWAYS check your order before leaving cause they are hardly ever correct. They even gave me 2 chicken baskets instead of fish like I ordered. They are horrible with accuracy. But again, the food is always good and fresh.

Food was great! Customer service was less than desirable.
My initial visit was good but, after getting home, I found that my order from the drive thru was not the meal I ordered. I drove all the way back and went back to the drive thru. I got a “I’m sorry” at the speaker from a woman but when I got to the window the she was not apologetic or nice. I tried to hand her the bag with incorrect order but she wanted me to keep it. First, I’m not taking your trash back to my house and it’s not my responsibility to dispose of it. So she finally took it. Secondly, I never received a face to face apology for the mistake or that I had to go all the way back. It’ll be awhile before I return to LJS, hopefully it’ll be better at then.

I arrived 35 minutes before closing to find they had closed early due to an equipment issue. My thought was, since it was Friday they wanted to leave exactly at closing (11:00).

this is supposed to be fast food. you should already have fish and fries prepared. walked out after waiting 30 minutes for my food! 1 girl complained and they don’t even care. the guy laughed and said it always takes that long. what is the manager doing? the employees are literally just talking and goofing around and then they started arguing! what’s going on at this location? check the cameras. it about 6pm on july 11. all staff needs to be fired and replaced. until then do not eat here. you have been warned!

🗣️Question the cook...about battering the fish with bare hands. Was told it was up to the cook (grease cooker) . Hmmmmmm
Left and went to Chicken Express for the catfish and it was fresh and delicious with the cook had gloves on also changed his gloves out after putting chicken in grease.

I really want this place to succeed. It's so nice and new and clean inside! But when the dining room is empty, and the employees make eye contact with me at the front counter without a greeting/taking my order for several minutes, it's frustrating. I tried to order online and go through the drive thru, but there's a drive thru sign that specifically mentions coming in to pick up an online order. Something needs to change with this process because staff seems quick in the drive thru but refuses to serve customers inside.
