We recently purchased a online order through the app and got declined, had to go into the store end app paying $25 for the order that should have cost 23 and then got charged twice through the bank called the manager said he would take care of it and no one ever called me back.

Hadn't been in forever because of the fire and because everything is super greasy. They opened new thought I would check it out. Was a pool of grease at bottom of plate doesn't taste as good as it used to and fish and chicken pieces are smaller. Won't be back

The young lady work there made a mistake on my order when I went back to get it corrected I was charged eight more dollars and something when I get home I check the food I had three pieces of fish one piece of chicken a piece of cake some wafer fries and two hush puppies total 38.00 they won't have to worry about me coming back anymore.

This place is an absolute rip off and will never get another dollar from me and mine. Falsely advertising larger portions on literally everything. The chicken is now small strips, and you will only receive two hush puppies, the fish are now stick size. The iconic crumbles are now a nostalgic memory or that will be literally all you receive. I get the fact its fast food however my dollars still stand for hard work and I will not waste my hard work here again.

LJS has taken away any reason to go there. The breading is now thicker than the fish! The size of the pieces has been severely reduced. They look as if they're from a frozen dinner. You're better off to buy fish pieces from the grocery store and do it yourself. You no longer receive value for your money. LJS; double think your bad decisions! Turn this around!

Did a mobile order and order was suppose to be ready at 5:13. Walked in at 5:17 was told they discontinued the Mac and cheese no big deal change it to waffle fries. Didn’t realize that meant I was gonna have to sit in there lobby for another 21 mins waiting on my food. This place is not organized and needs better organization. One person who did nothing but walk back and forth the entire 20 mins in there not assisting anyone. No customers or helping make food. Just walking back and forth. Please be better.

For the prices some of the meals should come with a drink. The fries were overcooked and the food wasn’t worth the 15-20 minute wait. It wasn’t even busy so I’m not sure why the service was bad

Since they rebuilt this location it is so good! I go every weekend and my food is always delicious!
The food was very gross it was too greasy and very expensive it took them very long time to get our food out.

The food I ordered was so messed up. I ordered 3 piece chicken meals and received 2 meals with 2 pieces of chicken and didn’t receive one meal at all. Also randomly in my order was a container full of nothing but crumbs. Tried to call to speak with a manager and the phone just rang, Will never order from here again!

I thought the new build would make a difference in service. Boy was I wrong. I believe everyone making food was moving as slow as anyone could possibly move. Ordered my food. Seen 6 orders go out the drive thru. 6 orders go out to door dash. Then. Multiple Ppl that came after me got their food. I say something. Like what's going on with my order. And the guys like it's coming. 10 mins later. 30 mins overall. I finally said just give me a refund. This literally has nothing to do with long johns. And everything to do with the ppl they hire. Maybe the area it resides in. I won't go back. And will caution ppl from going there.

The new stand alone location in Del City is awesome. Food is fresh and made to order. I live by the NW OKC location and choose to drive to this location because of the great service and fresh food. The portions are great also. I hope more metro locations convert to this style of restaurant.
