Food was great! Customer service was less than desirable.
My initial visit was good but, after getting home, I found that my order from the drive thru was not the meal I ordered. I drove all the way back and went back to the drive thru. I got a “I’m sorry” at the speaker from a woman but when I got to the window the she was not apologetic or nice. I tried to hand her the bag with incorrect order but she wanted me to keep it. First, I’m not taking your trash back...

Extremely clean store and bathrooms. The gentleman working the register was very polite and the food was probably one of the best long John silvers experiences we have had in a while!

Service sucks and is really slow. Employees do more socializing than getting orders out in a timely manner.
Always, and I mean ALWAYS check your order before leaving cause they are hardly ever correct. They even gave me 2 chicken baskets instead of fish like I ordered. They are horrible with accuracy. But again, the food is always good and fresh.
