They took our order and disappeared. Took forever to get our food. Then my son didn’t get his food until our entire group was already finished eating and his pizza was cold and doughy. Ordered fish sticks and they were four small pieces and they cold and our fries were burnt.

Decent place with good menu. The wait staff has always been very quick and friendly. Our only complaint is the loudness but it is a bar at heart. They also have good gluten free items and have never cross contaminated my wife's food as she has celiac and her diet is very sensitive. Give them a try!!

My friends and I come every single Friday just to see Caitlin. The food is delicious, the drinks are strong and the service is EXCELLENT!

Waitstaff was either having a tough day or just didn't want to be bothered, and the food was pretty Meh.

Door dasher here.. was there waiting to pick up an order that mind you had already been paid for only to get pushed to the wayside due to the fact that only the customers that are there watching the game matter. They are top priority. Now I didn't hear the main guy in the kitchen say that word for word but yea, that's what was being told to the waitress asking if my order was ready for me to pick up after being there for 15 min.

Look I get it, but I don't think who ever was making the calls processes the bigger picture so allow me to try to explain it as humbly as I can. That business is there to make money, customers in the restaurant bring in money yes but nothing about that is going to change. Now, door dash comes in, brings your business even more money, the dashers that are the reason that your company is making more money that it would gets paid per dash. You make them wait forever, yea you still get your money but your costing the ones making you that money to loose money out of their pocket. You see what I'm saying? The customers inside will wait till their food is ready but you keep on acting like the the doordashers arnt important and make them wait then guess what, all that extra money that is brought in from doordash will disappear, I already started denying the orders I get from door dash for this establishment, waist of my time and cost me to money. It won't be long till more and more people decide to do the same thing and then you got no one to deliver doordash orders and end up loosing that source of income. Just saying. Dashers take care of you, make sure you don't take them for granted and take care of them too. ✌🏻

Not my favorite, but definitely wasn't my worst experience. Our server was generally quick and responsive, but it feels more like chili's or Applebee's bar..

Not against the servers or anything but just came here and realized half the menu is gone! How is Louie’s still hanging in there? They downsized the menu and everything I used to like to eat is gone! If I wanted to have a burger I can go anywhere! Won’t be back

Not a dive, but definitely not bougie. They have a karaoke lounge...unfortunately it's VERY smokie.

Good was hot and delicious also very affordable I had the double down burger and my son had the grill chicken club on toast our first time going and will be back service was great as well as quick.

Funnel cake fries…yes. Just order them.

Poppin cheese things…nice bite with a little kick. Dunk them in the marinara…match made in heaven.

BLT…sandwich of the day…they are not afraid to put a real quality bacon and a nice amount as well. Toast was perfect…did not overwhelm the sandwich.

Wife adores the blackened salmon tacos. Try them. I dare you.

Even made me us a couple sort of custom mocktails. Ask them. They’ll do it.

Caitlyn, at the Louis on NW expressway, was AMAZING! She was so kind and took really wonderful care of us. Best service I’ve had in a while!
