We had a group of roughly 20 people on a Friday night, no reservation. We originally went to the Louie’s on the lake, but there was no parking. Molly was our server and she was fantastic! Efficient, attentive, sweet, never had an empty drink. Glenn, the manager, was also amazing. He was very engaged with his customers and staff. He made sure to check on us a few times and even gave our large party a couple things of mozzarella sticks for driving across town as a large party, but still choosing Louie’s. They both were amazing and deserve recognition. Food lost out on one star because the Mac n cheese was not good (side for my meal), but everything else was! I had the French dip sandwich with that horseradish mayo, in my group there were burgers, nachos, fried pickles, fried green beans, pizza, a wrap, etc and everyone said it was really good! I highly recommend checking this place out!

Kortney is the best bartender on this side of the Mississippi.

It was amazing Jesus was our waiter and he was funny and respectful. And the food was amazing

Inside bartender was patient and attentive, but when I went to the smoking bar and ordered a drink, she took my glass outside before mixing it. Personally, I like to keep an eye on my drinks.

WAY WAY Too cold inside. Had to request heat 3 times but it didn't change after our waitress requested the boss to turn it up a bit. Everyone wearing their coats!!..we left instead of having a few more beers.

This restaurant north west expressway is the worst Louie's ever our experience today showed us that this place is not for us the Cook needs to be retrained I would never send or fix food that I wouldn't eat myself and 45 dollars for a taco salad and a double hamburger deserves better hats off to the waitress she done her best. However I don't think this business like our business

Why did they change the menu? The food is trash now. The mac n cheese burger was flavorless and my wife said her wings weren't fully cooked. AND THEY GOT RID OF THE MEATBALL APPETIZER. Probably not going to ever come back.
