It's still one of the top restaurants in the Metro. I have had marginally better experiences at their northern location. Food is consistently excellent. You will pay quite a bit for the entrees, but the non seafood sides are reasonably priced. The chocolate cake tasted homemade and had a very nice presentation.Service is top-notch. Management, cooks, and servers all work together flawlessly to ensure your experience is perfect.Food I have to give 4 stars, steak was pretty far underdone but was corrected, and the appetizers were a bit more overseasoned than I remember. This location is also a bit louder than the north one. We were not rushed, but it would be wise to check if there is an event downtown going on before booking as there are limits to how long you can stay if they are booked.

I went here two nights in a row while on a business trip and both experiences were excellent. The wait staff were very knowledgeable, the strawberry bar drink was great, and the steak was cooked to perfection. They do family style sides and appetizers which gave us good variety. The creme brulee cheesecake and chocolate cake were very good as well. For wine connoisseurs, they have an extensive wine selection.

Last night was our first time visiting and we had a wonderful time! The wait staff was very helpful answering all our questions and overall did an amazing job. The food was beyond good! We had the seafood centerpiece which I really enjoyed, especially the crab cakes. I had a filet and my husband had the sea bass and both were great. We knew it was on the expensive side but we only go out like that once a year or so and it was so worth it. If you have a chance you should try it. We will definitely go back again in the future!

What a magical night at mahogany’s steakhouse. Everything was perfect, the steak was as good as it gets and the wife’s chicken dish left her in dream land. The manager and our servers made sure we were welcomed and taken care of. It was a Saturday night and the downtown streets were packed. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Usually love Mahogany. I eat there several times a month. For my birthday I came with my parents. First time in a while the service was terrible. After receiving our salads we waited ONE hour to then receive our food. Tables next to us sat down 30-45 min after us with larger parties and still received their meal prior to us. The servers did not check on us during the wait. I ordered the bone in filet, it was subpar to say the least. They forgot the sides. Overall a very poor experience.

Many years gone by now, and Mahogany (Downtown) is still my #1 favorite restaurant in all of OKC. Steaks are just second to none, superior wine list (thanks to Tio for guiding me to a GREAT Bordeaux!). Lobster-cargot is amazing. Steamed asparagus was sweet and just the right combo of tender/crunchy. First rate Old Fashioned from the bar, too! Yes it's pricy, but there are more expensive steakhouses out there that just don't measure up (I'm talking to YOU, Ranch!)

Food was great, but was very loud. Could barely understand the server for all the background noise.

We were in OKC for a few days staying downtown. Chose Mahogany randomly and were very pleased. Service was excellent from our waiters Austin and Matt. Attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Strip cooked perfectly and sides were very good. Wine list is extensive. Highly recommend Mahogany and would dine here again.

They lost our credit card.... For awhile. Couldn't find it. It was a big scare. But they did end up finding it after about 20 minutes. Just too loud and ambience not as expected.

Mahogany never disappoints. The food is delicious, the service impeccable and the atmosphere is lively. It’s a great place to have a business meeting, date night or dinner with friends.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Mahogany® Prime Steakhouse, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in until the last bite of the delicious steak, everything was simply sensational. It was completely worth it to travel from Dallas to sample their amazing fare. The service was impeccable, the food was perfectly prepared, and the wine selection complemented each dish superbly. To top off the evening, I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday card and some chocolates, which truly made a difference in my overall experience. Mahogany® Prime Steakhouse not only delivered an outstanding meal but also created memories that I will cherish forever. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of prime steak, excellent service, and a premium dining experience. Can’t wait to return!!!

We've been to Mahogany several times over the years and they've maintained impressively consistent service and food quality. They understand what works and don't mess with it. A great place for special occasions, a drink after work, or a hang out after a Thunder game. I definitely recommend it.

It was attractive, but really noisy. I don't know why restaurants don't add sounding-deadening materials. The food was mediocre; nothing special. Relative to the cost, excessively overpriced for a blah meal. There was a mistake made and the servers didn't even apologize. They just walked away with the problematic food and said nothing. But what we really hated was the duo server style. We were interrupted repeatedly because neither knew who had done what; they had little "conferences" on the side to figure that out, which made everything slower. When I asked a server why nobody seemed sorry that we were dissatisfied, she made the excuse of being busy because of the game. But we came in after the game had started. I don't know how anyone would even dare to make an excuse to a table who spent $$$$ for a meal. The manager came over and offered a dessert, but we are not dessert eaters. Put sound absorbers on the ceiling, improve the menu, and get back to traditional service.
