Mama E's restaurant in OKC is known for its country-style home cooking. The pig feet are a standout, being tender and falling off the bone. The fried chicken wings are another popular choice, seasoned well and served with tasty sides like okra, greens, black-eyed peas, mac and cheese, and cucumbers/tomatoes/onions salad. The Kool Aid is also a highlight. However, the restaurant can be quite hot and the wings, while large and flavorful, may not meet expectations of being the best in the state.
