Recently had a terrible experience with a manager, and had another manager follow up with me about the incident a couple days later.
The second manager (Blaze), was very professional, and concerned with the way I was treated and did what he could to make things right.
We all make mistakes and what really matters is how we come back from our mistakes. Blaze resolved the issues I had and I will gladly continue giving them my business.
