I came In and got the forty piece nugget with two large fries and 3 large sprites. I asked for BBQ sauce, buffalo sauce, and sweet and sour sauce, and got 0 bbq sauce. None at all. The speaker was inaudible, nothing could be heard. fix the speaker, fix my lack of bbq sauce.

Rude manager and they barely speak english.UPDATE: The owners name is Christine she hires illegals who don't speak English. She doesn't answer her phone to complaints and is the worst. The manager DOESNT speak English at all. My 2 year old got attacked here by another little boy just an hour or so ago she was pushed and but the kids at this party where the worst!

Pulled up to Mickey d’s expecting the usual situation. Little did i know what was in store for me. Best customer service maybe ever? Man who brought our food was kind and funny. And then he offered us ketchup. And pulled it from his pocket. What a soldier. So prepared a nearly teared up.
I waited at the ordering line for 3 minutes until I finally said hello? Ordered my food got to the window guy barely openly the window to take my money than drove up to the pick up window the lady basically spilled over my drink handed it to me sideways handed me the bag and said have a good day slammed the window shut, I looked in the bag no napkins or a straw tried to get her attention wouldn't come back had to honk three times for her to come back. Ridiculous. THENNNNNNN I got home realized the drink had two 5 cubes and was completely watered down so I was handed a drink that we had been sitting my food was also cold mind you I live only 2 mins away so it should of been warm still. Highly irritated and frustrated at this point with the service and the food provided

very terrible customer service i used a deal they had through the app the door dash driver stole my food i got compensated through door dash but i can not redeem the deal because it was a 1 time use but i tried to re - order from mcdonalds and they said i had to pay the extra because the code was a 1 time
