I went to 2 different McDonald's. the first one(on garth brooks) tried to charge me for upsized ojs. Told them I didn't want that. So refunded my money but them tried to charge me for smalls when it came with the meal. The 2nd one(on mustang) I went to for breakfast didn't do that, charged only for the meal but I got my drink.
They have a lot of trouble getting the order right. Also.. It blows me away there is a line of people buying lunch at 10:35am.. that's gross. A big Mac and fries before 11? Make breakfast till 11. Offer both from 11 to 12. You'll get a lot more business.

Pulled up to Mickey d’s expecting the usual situation. Little did i know what was in store for me. Best customer service maybe ever? Man who brought our food was kind and funny. And then he offered us ketchup. And pulled it from his pocket. What a soldier. So prepared a nearly teared up.
