Some employees are more welcoming, and just overall pleasant than others. It's only a couple of them, though. I go super early - but - lol, it's kinda drabby. Other shops are super excited to see customers and chat and engage... Just not this one. The shakes and teas are really good, and it's a convenient location so - I like that at least! The twix is my favorite!

I went in to get some Herbalife products and they had what I wanted. I see where they make drinks and tea etc but I did not have anything like that.

When i walked in no one welcomed me in and they were all talking to their friends, I paid $8 for my shake and it wasn’t even to the brim, I then got my shake and had no syrup on the cup so I asked if j could have some and she just put it on top. Wasn’t happy with todays service and style.

Very friendly staff, always pleasant and are very quick with drink orders. I’m always going in getting 6-10 large teas and they get me in and out quick with no issues!
I’m not sure what the problem is with this place everytime I go in I don’t get points for my purchase and everytime the price is different. Just a bunch of little kids working that do not care and pretty terrible service. I spend 20$ in this store everyday to never get my points or decent service. Maybe hire people that are not in high school. Will never go back.
