Great place to meet up and have a coffee/pastry.

Advertises that they open until 9 PM on a Friday. Submitted an order after 8 PM and got to the Coffee shop at 8:25 PM. Open sign was lit, but the doors were locked and the lights were off. Would not recommend this location/Business!
No one would pick up the phone after making several calls.
Bad business!

Great service!! They provided two different free samples plus business cards to companies near by. I loved my ice vanilla latte. I loved the customer service. And I loved the little wait time. Would definitely recommend!

Best lavender syrup around!

I went earlier today with friends and ordered a redbull cream soda, the cashier, Isaac offered a unique drink that I think he came up with called the #1 fan with blue cream and a blood orange redbull. It was very good, I’m sad I will have to travel all the way to OKC to have it again

Over priced and the coffee was not good at all.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only is it an accessible, friendly coffee shop, but they actually have the BEST cup of coffee I have ever had. Not an exaggeration, exceeded all expectations. The dark roast they make in house is the richest and smoothest coffee available.

This cafe is a breath of fresh air. The customer service is amazing and makes a huge difference. It is a little noisy so I would suggest headphones if you go here to study!

The service was very good. I liked the business model and enjoyed being around the developmentally disabled people who were lovely and hard-working . The coffee was better than Starbucks. However, it was so air-conditioned in there that my hands were numb when it was only arounnd 75 degrees outside. The other issue was that the air quality was awful because of unvented smoke from the sandwich presses or ovens in their kitchen. It's the same disagreeable grease smoke you get from heating up a dirty oven. This is a problem in coffee houses with unvented tabletop ovens and sandwich presses everywhere, including the big chain, but much more of a problem in this location because of the small footprint. Grease smoke is carcinogenic and a health hazard to the employees as well. I'd definitely get their drive-through but probably will never sit down in there again.

What kind of business orders hundreds of dollrs in groceries and cant even tip the delivery driver. Your company is being put on a do not deliver list for hundreds of drivers to see.

Partner and I ordered coffees and a cookie.

He ordered a warm honey latte that lacked flavor and I ordered Drink that Shall Not be Named. The cashier we had was absolutely rude. My drink said it had butter rum in it and I wanted to ensure there’s no alcohol in it, I know it’s a coffee shop but I’d rather be safe because I can’t drink alcohol.

I asked the cashier about it and she had a snarky response, “No, it’s obviously coffee, why would there be alcohol?” She kept cutting my partner and I off during our order.

Due to the poor customer service, I will not be returning.
