OKC Tap House Reviews
Rat in our room first night. Rushed to get our stuff out of room rudely. Two hours ltr false fire evacuation 14 floors down hot stairwell. 200 bodywrap to have mud slapped on arms and legs no massage.
I recently stayed at the Omni for a short staycation. It is far from a 5 star hotel. Service at Tap House and Bobs were both lacking. The front desk was not very helpful with keys continually not working. Our room was not cleaned one night. I filled out a survey only to be offered a $100 credit towards a meal IF I pay to come back. I expected a much nicer experience than I received. Definitely not worth the money.
Though I cannot speak on the hotel itself, the valet service is horrible! I came to the Omni to eat dinner and listen to music at The Taphouse. I chose to valet for convenience. When leaving, it took almost 15 minutes to get my car back. Once they drove up, the valet left quickly. I sat in my car only to see my gear shift was broken and hanging. Nobody informed me of this. When I got one of the valet to come over, he got the manager who came over and agreed this was unacceptable....read full review

OKC Tap House is a restaurant known for its tasty food and lively atmosphere. The menu features appetizing options such as nachos with pickled red onions, satisfying meals like burgers and salmon, and popular drinks like the Strawberry Mexican Mule. Sports fans will enjoy the many TVs for game-viewing, and there is a rooftop indoor bar that opens to a rooftop pool, offering plenty of seating and room to entertain. The service has received mixed feedback; while there are friendly waitstaff, such as Bryan, who provided some of the best service, there have been instances of slow and disorganized service, especially on busy nights like Valentine's Day and Super Bowl night. Some diners have faced long waits before being attended to, which has affected their overall experience. Despite these issues, many find the unique and delicious offerings, like the THETA bacon cheeseburger and pasta, to be worth the higher prices. The service is generally great, with poolside service available around the pool, making it a fantastic place to bring a group to start or end the evening. There is still room for improvement in communication about events and reservations.
