I have stayed at several Omni Hotels over the years.
Service was always great at those locations.
I had reservations for this Omni Hotel for April 10- 12, 2026.
I actually booked this reservation on September 19, 2025.
But unfortunately I will not be able to use my reservation.
Why you ask? Because on February 24 ,2026 I received an email stating they were CANCELING my reservation because they OVERSOLD the rooms for that weekend..This...read full review
Excitedly booked for April back early November. Was informed today they oversold in conjunction with “contractual” obligations. 1st time to be “bumped” from hotel, certainly will be last under Hilton.
We fully prepaid our stay and only charged $112 to the room for room service and valet. They made MULTIPLE attempts to charge almost $400 to my card in error. When I called, they were completely unhelpful. Will never stay here again.
