Went through the rigors of downtown OKC to get here & be told that they only accept cash. Had to walk considerably far to find an ATM only to find their drinks were ridiculously expensive ($18 for a margarita & $21 for a shot). Will never return.

The bartenders are serving everyone except me. My 2nd time visiting this establishment and I was ignored again. I was with my spouse the 2nd time and after sitting at the bar patiently for 20 minutes, the bartenders served people that just walked in. My spouse asked the kind gentleman if we could be served after he takes care of the other customers. Guess what? No service! It's fine I will not go where I'm not wanted

Don’t wasted your time. Ordered the salmon. Waited 30 min for my dish. Asked 2 separate bar tenders where my food was. The side of asparagus hash was basically just potatoes. Two thumbs down. ?

Besides the bar back ( he was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as he was allowed), the whole experience was awful. The server ignored us, the $20 chicken sandwich took over 30 minutes to get, and they never checked in to see if we needed more drinks or to let us know about the wait. It was not busy. I have been in the service industry for 25 years. I'm very understanding, but this was just bad.

It's a good hotel bar with casual vibe, lots of TVs, nice patio. Got the Caesar salad it was good. Several local breweries on tap. I would recommend they try to get the even smaller breweries and also maybe try to work to promote them as well.

Nice day yesterday decide to meet the fam at dog friendly bar out by Scissortail Park and end up at OKC Taphouse. I just want a snack order shrimp cocktail. It’s completely inedible, too spicy. Waitress kind of rolls her eyes at me I say no, ask the cook to eat one of these. My nose is running, mouth burning no joke. She comes back a few minutes later face red, coughing, (she ate one) and umm yeah, cook accidentally completely covered the shrimp in ghost pepper seasoning instead of Old Bay. Manager laughs and no offer to comp check, barely an apology. They gave me some free sweet potato fries which kind of helped with the burning. Husband has a badly burnt chicken sandwich but was so hungry after the wait ate it anyway. If this cook can make such an aggredious mistake I will avoid this place and warn others. Just thought I’d share.

If I could leave no stars I would. My husband and I were there last night before the Thunder game. We got seated immediately. The waitress completely ignored us. We were there 15 minutes before she took our drink order and appetizer order. She then continued to ignore us and disappeared. We finally flagged down a manager told her about the waitress and she took our order. The food finally came 30 minutes later. My hamburger was raw in the middle. Waitress still hasn't stopped at our table but instead walked through quickly ignoring everyone. We didnt have silverware or napkins. We had to ask the hostess for them. Never got our drinks refilled. The appetizer came out after our meal was almost finished. Waitress had to be tracked down to get our bill. The restaurant was not very busy. Needless to say we were almost late for the game. This was our second time to this restaurant and the first time it was awesome. Not sure what happened but I can see why they didn't have much business. It was awful!

Showed up with a few more than the original reservation. They had room upstairs so they did a great job of rushing to accommodate my smaller group. Food was good. NCAA basketball was on most of the TVs. Great overall environment to go out and have a meal and a drink if you want. Better tier bar- nicely located by the convention center and the Thunder’s home arena. Make a reservation if you can though- probably fills up quickly on busy weekends.
