Food is amazing, but the inside is too open. It needs to be more homelike. My parents worked here, and they said it had changed quite a bit since then. Apparently, they even had a pet eel. However, the bagels are still made in house everyday, and they are delicious.

I love yalls bagels but whoever is in charge for the am crew is dragging yalls business down. I've tried to come atleast 3 times. I'm there when doors are supposed to be unlocked at 6am. Yall are never on time and never prepared for the morning rush. Like this morning was there at 6am doors still locked and only a basket of bagels were prepped and out . Guess I'll find other bagels or another business. Thanks for wasting people's time.

The bagel sandwich's were delicious and the specialty coffees were really good. Next time I will ask them to either grill or toast my bagel. Otherwise it was delicious and soft.

I ordered Takeout--2 Blueberry Bagels, and 2 Chocolate Chip Bagels along with 3 Specialty Cream Cheeses(4oz), Didn't notice until I got home-Got the 2 Blueberry Bagels, but NO Chocolate Chip Bagels--instead got 2 Plain Bagels.

Went here for the first time, got two strawberry cream cheese bagels. The cream cheese was nasty, it did not taste like strawberry at all and looked like it was flavored with food coloring. The bagel was good, it was soft and crunchy which I really liked. However the cream cheese was gross and there was so much of it I had to wipe it off. Atmosphere was cute, and the customer service was okay. I can't say it was very special unfortunately, but the cream cheese really ruined the bagel for me. I don't know if that's a common occurrence but I wouldn't order it again. I'd recommend just getting a plain bagel with butter, the bagel was good!

Late morning visit on a Saturday. I appreciated the seating beside the "fireplace." My bagel was fresh, and so was my coffee.
The bagels are delicious, but the service at this location is rough. I constantly have situations where I’ll order online, show up after 15-20 minutes and my order hasn’t even been printed out to start making yet (sometimes it’s before the quoted time, but the restaurant won’t be busy at all and they haven’t even started yet) and half the time when my order is ready somebody will just set it on the counter with the other orders that are waiting to be picked up even though I already told them I was there and I won’t even know my orders ready for another 5 to 10 minutes

The gf bagels was hard and drying. Couldn’t even eat it had to throw it away. You know it was bad when the worker said he ran it thru the toaster twice and it did t even toast. I want my money back.

Constantly out of menu items. The past three times I’ve tried to eat here they didn’t have multiple bagels, meats or ingredients shown on their menu. Feels like a run down, dying restaurant. Used to be good, but won’t be back again as it’s just a waste of time.
