The bagel sandwich's were delicious and the specialty coffees were really good. Next time I will ask them to either grill or toast my bagel. Otherwise it was delicious and soft.
Went here for the first time, got two strawberry cream cheese bagels. The cream cheese was nasty, it did not taste like strawberry at all and looked like it was flavored with food coloring. The bagel was good, it was soft and crunchy which I really liked. However the cream cheese was gross and there was so much of it I had to wipe it off. Food is amazing, but the inside is too open. It needs to be more homelike. My parents worked here, and they said it had changed quite a bit since then. Apparently, they even had a pet eel. However, the bagels are still made in house everyday, and they are delicious.
