Everything was great! From the hostess to the waitress to the food, clean bathroom! What's not to like about that!

Very disappointed! server was good but they ended up charging us individually for the breadstick sauces so we ended up paying over 20 bucks for five dollars of sauce.

Nice place, Steak was Great...

My daughter and I decided to have lunch here. Our waiter took our drink order and food order. We order chicken parmigiana and Alfredo sauce. After 15 minutes of sitting there waiting on salad, bread stick and Alfredo sauce.i ask manager about our waiter not bringing anything to table as we sat there for 15 minutes. When waiter finally came to our table to ask if we wanted soup or salad while we wait for our meal. Like it didn’t come with the meal. Then told us he has too many table to help. At that point we just left.

Norman's location is well ran. I like that the manager helps employees and is nice and talks to guests. Clean location and staff is kind. Leo in kitchen is the best breadstick maker on Earth. Not too hard and not too soft. Just Right!

We had a wonderful time at our Annual meeting. The service and food was excellent

Today was not the day for us at this restaurant. Slow service, had to ask manager for refills who also walked away while i was in mid-sentence and food that was sub-par. Shrimp was kinda flat tasting but the chicken in the pasta was sus.
Waitress seemed busy so likely either overloaded or inexperianced. Overheard the next table over complaining amongst themselves as well.
For the price this restaurant charges, this should have been a better visit.

Just picked up Uber eats. No interaction with anyone but a woman it was pretty nice and the smell of the awesome smelling good made me want it even more

Came in on Tuesday around 5:40 sat near the bar the food was good but was sitting with my family and one of the servers or bartender went into the bar crying and the manager just starts yelling at her, asking her where she was and my wife said she was just in the bathroom with her (the worker) not sure why she was yelling at her for going to the bathroom but we will not be coming back no manager should be yelling at a employee in front of tables. The bartender (I'm assuming) left with her purse crying after she finished making some drinks. I wouldn't even have done that she should've left after she was yelling at her.
