Needs more staff
Friendly service, good food. Would have been 5 star across the board but for some reason they didn't have salt shakers on the tables, had to call the waitress to get one.
The food, the atmosphere and the mango lemonade were delicious 😋
Fajita Nachos are always good!
Great place for lunch!!
Excellent service and delicious food.
Foods good but it takes forever for someone to come take ur order and to pay. *Not busy at all*
This has to be one of the worst On the Border restaurants. Service was extremely slow, my food arrived before my drink. One excuse after another and all you heard was it's not my fault.

If you love bland atmosphere and horrible servers I highly recommend this location! I had the misfortune of having Anastasia as my server, she was very off putting and had the personality of a rock. We started off by asking her how to redeem a reward we had to which she didn’t know. Okay fine. We ordered a fajita for 2 dinner with the options being chicken and steak. Asked for no pico de gallo. This meal comes standard with sour cream and guacamole as toppings, didn’t receive either. Asked our lovely server if we could please have that she left went into the kitchen and nevwr returned with the toppings that were missing but yet I saw her at her only other table 4 times. We then ordered our desert (which was the reward we wanted redeemed) no issues there. Lastly the bill comes to which I am charged for an extra portion of steak. (1 order of steak comes with the total included price) Anastasia has no clue when asked why the charges is there. The pregnant manager then comes to the table and says that their new system charges for each steak option (which is false because i just ordered it last weekend with no upcharge) so not only does staff not a have a single clue what is going on they’re also unaware of their own menu. This is not the first horrible experience I’ve had at this location. 10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They were very busy. One waitress in the main dining room. It was hard for her to keep up. The enchiladas were terrible, dried put, cheese inside was cold and hard, con carne was horrible.

My husband and myself are veterans so we decided to go eat today and enjoy so Mexican food. It’s Veterans Day and our waitress only thought that my husband was a veteran and not me. Women are veterans also we don’t need to be treat differently.
On the Border, in my experience, usually provides a pleasant dining experience with tasty Tex-Mex dishes. Not so much at this location. It tasted like the food was heated up from frozen instead of fresh dishes prepared on-sight by a kitchen crew. The waitress was polite and pleasant, providing the only bright spot in any otherwise 'meh' experience. I won't be returning here.
