I got a crispy taco and cheese enchilada with beans and rice.

I'm wimpy and it was way too hot for me. Usually what I ordered isn't that hot but it was today. I'll have to find some where else to eat.

To go orders not hot and soggy nachos, no greeting when you walk into the door , you have to go find someone for help

Idk how the bar tender still has a job she is literally the reason I haven’t been here in months because she is so inattentive when there are only 4-6 ppl total in the whole restaurant - had to ask to order a drink ask to order food ask to find out what the special was ask for our ticket - I’m pretty sure we seen some girls walk out on her but not positive but i wouldn’t blame them tbh - then she was on face time with her ear bug in not paying attention to anyone - terrible service

Place had 5 people in the restaurant. We waited 5 min just to be seated.
Waited over an hour to get out burnt food. Fajitas burnt to the cast iron skillet. The guacamole was brown and the lettuce was brown. The veges were black and steak has a char on the bottom
I asked for the fish tacos and for that sauce to be ion the side. Which was not done. Had the fish sauce all over which was to hot for me my taste. After waiting for server to never return.... I got up and asked manager to come to my table .Our food was sent back and waited another half hour server finally came back asking us if we wanted refills on our drinks not even asking us why our food was gone ....we waited and waited finally we asked for it to be put in 2 hours for Togo.
When we arrived at the hotel we found out we had no silverware to eat with and the tortillas were still dough and even smelt dough. And no salsa for our chips.
OTB has been our go to place wherever we travel.

We will not return and I hope that they make a change . From what I see in reviews this is not the first time service has been bad.

Review Update:
I completed the survey and heard directly from the Area Director. I believe there are true intentions of making this situation better. Therefore, I have changed my rating to 3 stars. I look forward to giving them another try sometime soon.

We called ahead that we had a party of 22. Half of the food came out within a reasonable amount of time, but some of us waited over an HOUR for our food. My food was cold and they didn’t bring all of it out. We were missing some of our sides. We never saw a manger, even after asking for one. In addition, they were not busy with other customers. The restaurant was less than half full. AND, they tried to add an automatic 18% gratuity!!! Very disappointing.

I came here on a Sunday night with my mother.

We arrived around 7pm.
It didn’t appear to be busy. There were not many cars in the parking lot, if any at all.

However, when we walked in, there wasn’t anyone to greet us at the host stand.

We waited for about 2 minutes before a lady with dark hair came out from the back kitchen area and took us to a table; then took our drink order.
She was very nice, and checked in with us to make sure everything was correct when she brought our food out.

I had the quesabirria tacos and a Strawbrrita!🍓

Service was okay, food was decent, but the drink was GREAT! Might come back here again.

just ate lunch at this location. food was fair, service was ok, however I asked for a little sour cream for my fajitas, waiter brought a dollop in a small cup, I received my ticket and saw they charged me $1.50, for me I will never go back, will they charge for ketchup with my fries? They also need to clean up the weeds all around the area where you enter, looked run down

There was 13 in our party, the wait staff WAS HORRIBLE, and 12 of us got ill. AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE GRATUITY! JUST TOOK TIPS AND NEVER DELIVERED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
