Went in a few days ago and had an amazing experience until I went to check out with a cashier whos name tag said Steph.. Her attitude was horrible and the customer service was at zero i’m not sure if it was because of her boyfriend who was at the location watching over her (I heard another employee talking about how uncomfortable he was making them feel but they couldn’t say anything) but I 1000% will not be back due to the unnecessary negativity from Miss Steph..

Do not use their drive thru. Slowest service and most.. not all but most who work that window act mad at the world. I got ice cream then asked for a spoon (which they normally bring) and was told, they are plastic, I doubt it will help you.

This is my go to place for coffee in the mornings, but here recently they never have syrup and their machine that does the iced coffee is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS, DID I SAY ALWAYS?? NOT WORKING. Love the coffee just not the machine, but it's still a good place except for that.....

The staff was very nice, the store was clean and well stocked/organized. Didn’t see the bathrooms but I would go back again! Saying a lot from a road tripper :)

Went into this store a few hours ago to grab a few things. I ended up leaving due to the fact of the rude manager who refused to give her namec at the time and also witnessed her and another employee basically bullying another employee to the point of tears. I ended up calling up to the store to get her name, says it was Cassie, as i am feeling that maybe corporate should be aware of the type of management they have running their store.Definitely won't be going back to this store!
Went there at 1:15 today was going to go in but there was a drug deal going down and homeless people fighting so I left call the store and asked for the manager and was told she was busy and stayed on the phone waiting for 20 minutes so I hung up and left. Y’all really need to take better care of y’all business.

This OnCue is the best one I have been to since living here in the city. The woman Nykeyla Ligons has exceptional customer service and such an amazing attitude. Keep up the excellent work it makes it worth coming....

This lady was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever had to deal with in a store. Wants to be poppy at the mouth but afraid when asked what her name is won’t answer you tell you that you can leave the store.. I took my business almost 4 years ago and never walked back into a 7/11 onque will be loosing almost $150,000 in fuel sales per year from my business and Casey’s will start getting my money…. Sad thing looks like that’s manager standing next to her while she talks to customers the way she does, and not even confronting by Mgr.
