“Panera has become one of my favorite spots to write, work, and recharge. As a Sip Club member, I love being able to grab unlimited drinks while I settle in for a few focused hours. The atmosphere is typically relaxed and just the right balance of quiet and energy—it’s easy to stay productive without feeling isolated.
The staff is always warm and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you’re there for a long time. Whether I’m grabbing a drink refill or ordering lunch, they’re friendly and efficient every time.
When I do order food, it’s consistently delicious. The menu has that fresh, wholesome vibe that makes you feel like you’re making a healthy choice—and most of the time, you are. I’ll admit the prices feel a bit high for what you get, but the quality and experience make it worth it for me.
Overall, big fan. Panera has become my go-to workspace away from home, and between the great drinks, good food, and welcoming environment, it’s hard to beat.“
“My interaction with one of the employees in the drive through named Phillip was possibly one of the best interactions I have had with anyone in the customer service industry in a long time. He was joyful to talk to professional as well. He handled the order from start to finish and was as kind as could be. I don’t normally make reviews for stuff but I am just overly pleased with the service I was provided. I hope the management here recognizes this man for his hard work. Places need more employees like him. Not to mention the food was well prepared!“
“Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Scotty was very professional as I did an online order of bread bowls for our company Christmas party. Scotty called me to ask if I would like for them to be cut if we were using them for soup which I thought was awesome for him to reach out and do such a service. Upon arrival at the store, we went through the drive-through and the line was very long but when we informed them that we had a mobile order The next thing we knew Scotty was coming out to meet us in the line with our order to keep us from having to wait in the long line.“
