Very nice owner. Just getting started so still working out the kinks. Kitchen closes at 1:30 p.m. although they do have pre-packaged and boxed items available until 4. Located in The Concourse, first restaurant if you go down through the Leadership Square entrance. Heard bibimbap was good from a co-worker, although I'm used to traditional Korean food, where this seems more like a dish that goes by the same name but is modified for a more American pallet in the ingredients. Will have to try them during lunch once they get some of their Kinks worked out. Apparently right now the line is extremely long because they just opened and very slow.
