I am unfortunately updating my review to 4 stars, rather than the 5 I had previously given. The service is fantastic and I still love supporting this restaurant, but the quality of the pho has dropped a bit in my recent visits. The portions are great, but the broth has had less flavor for a while now, and my noodles are always cut into smaller pieces and hard to pick up with chopsticks because of that. It makes me wonder if there's someone new working the kitchen that does...
I've been coming here for nearly three years, and have yet to be disappointed with any dish ordered. The staff are accommodating and friendly. As long as I live in range, I plan to continue eating some of the best Pho available in the area, and I recommend it highly.
Hole in the wall place with excellent Pho. I had the Pho with eye of found, flank, and tendon. It was soooo tender, and the broth was super flavorful and comforting. Perfect thing on a cold evening. I also had the spring rolls, which could have used some herbs in them. Overall a great experience!
