Pro: moderate size parking lot, clean interior, friendly staff, delivery app. Con: food portion size, no water. There are the few words that come to mind to summarize my experience here and that would be underwhelming, disappointing, and sad. The parking lot is of moderate size so no issue there. The inside is very modern and clean. The staff greeted us and handed us our menu. For the entree, we order the meat and shrimp spring roll and for the entrees I had the large pho Tai( steak). The spring roll was pretty good but the peanut sauce that came with it was hot which make it taste a bit awkward. I always say that you can tell if the pho is good based on it broth and the broth was a bit to light and not rich enough for me. The portion size was sad because you get a lot of meat but not enough pho noodle. The meat was also overcooked and chewy. All in all, I had higher hope for this establishment but it was a let down and I don't recommend this place to anyone and I won't be back in the future.

Excellent Vietnamese food and unlike its first original counterpart you can actually use card here and don't have to take out cash from an ATM! Huge convenience that they should consider implementing in the first location. Also newer environs in a more upscale plaza. Got one of the udon dishes which was excellent, and their lemonade soda did not disappoint. Also got their steamed chicken dumplings as well as one of their jelly desserts - both were great. Highly recommend this PLH location!

The picture speaks for itself. Dried and under-seasoned pork chop. The egg meatloaf is cold and dried.

Food was okay. I'm not sure if it was an expectation thing. I've always loved the 23rd st location, and it just seemed this was missing something here. The place was super clean, service was nice, and food came out fast, but it just didn't live up to my memory. Would still highly recommend and will definitely be back since I live fairly close.

The worst value of any pho place I've been to in the city. If you order to-go, check your order before you get home. Very low portions for the price compared to most other places I've been to in OKC. And my order had zero jalapenos, basil, or lime in it. I've never had pho without jalapenos or basil without requesting it on purpose. And the broth amount was questionable too. P.s., if you add shrimp, it's literally a dollar per ONE shrimp. ?

Would give zero stars! Wish I'd read other reviews and not wasted over $40!Food tasted so bad, only 2 shrimp in my order, no service whatsoever, they charge for water, upcharge for using debit or c.c.-never been anywhere else that charges for using a card!Certainly disappointed all around- won't be back and warning to others not to go!Couldve had a great meal at Charleston's in a much nicer atmosphere!!

It's the best Pho around, and the one in Edmond is just as good as the original in OKC. Their delivery through doordash is good too.
Didn’t try the Pho this time. The crab cake soup, the broth itself … could not taste any flavor to it!

More expensive than pho lien house. Ordered online is waiting time because they were not knowing what I Ordered. And take additional 30 minutes.

The food was absolutely amazing and brought very promptly! My only compliants are that they only have bottled water so you have to pay for it, and that their broth is a little bland so you have to add the sauce that they provide. It is very clean and quiet. They also need better napkins. All they have are those really cheap diner ones.

Definitely our go to for pho and bun bo hue. So delicious and so comforting, especially on a rainy day.Kid-friendliness: They have a small kids menu.
