The food was absolutely amazing and brought very promptly! My only compliants are that they only have bottled water so you have to pay for it, and that their broth is a little bland so you have to add the sauce that they provide. It is very clean and quiet. They also need better napkins. All they have are those really cheap diner ones.
I love this place. I find PHO therapeutic and I always come here from time to time whenever I need to clear my head and enjoy myself at thesame time.I always ask for CHILLI OIL! ?️The owner is a very wonderful lady and the staff do a good job too.Ayọ̀.

Food was okay. I'm not sure if it was an expectation thing. I've always loved the 23rd st location, and it just seemed this was missing something here. The place was super clean, service was nice, and food came out fast, but it just didn't live up to my memory. Would still highly recommend and will definitely be back since I live fairly close.
