Normally this is a great location but today I ordered a pizza, it took almost 2 hours to get to me and was cold when it got here. It was also undercooked. I called and spoke with the shift manager who blamed me for the pizza being undercooked, half the dough was still raw. I was told by the rude shift manager Shekarah that it was undercooked because I had too many toppings, there were 4, which is a normal amount of toppings. I waited over an hour for my food and then when it finally arrived, it was cold AND the wrong order. called to talk to the shift manager and the person who answered the phone said they would write my name down and number I said I preferred to speak to the manager. was put on hold and no one ever answered.
