I received my lunch today from uber. And my tots are hard as a rock. I have broken foot and don't have a way to go exchange my food. I've called with no luck. WHY LIST A PHONE NUMBER IF ITS NOT GOING TO BE ANSWERED!!
Ordered through the app Friday (Dec 1) at 11:20 PM. The store was closed (even though they advertised to be open until midnight). Been calling this week to get a refund, they are not picking up the phone.Update: I was contacted via Google to address my complaint, they solved the claim and refunded the full amount. Thanks.
