My first visit here and thankfully I speak Spanish not sure if the staff speaks English. I figured since they greeted me in Spanish i should ablige. You order first then take a seat, be warned you are automatically charged a percentage for your order whether you dine in or not and they have a sign that states so. El Buen Gusto is well-named. Come here for reliably delicious Salvadoran fare in a basic, but comfortable spot. The elote tamales are sweet fried corny heaven, and the pupusas are giant and served with bottomless curtido (the lightly fermented crisp cabbage), which is good for me, because I like a LOT of curtido, okay?
