The staff was amazing I couldn’t have received better treatment at a hospital!!! These people were great! Super fast on service! 200/10 stars for customer service! My kids loved this place and it’s a prominent location we visit occasionally but this staff specifically love their job! 💗

Such good food and always quick. One of the few restaurants where you can always have amazing service in 2025. The only reason it is 4 instead of 5 is because they do close their store lobby earlier than other locations but I also get that the location is in a bad area. The one in Moore has their location open until 2 AM. Besides that the food and the service has been great.

The Cane’s on 23rd St. is pretty awesome. The staff is typically quite friendly. The food is usually hot and fresh even in the middle of the night.
Cane’s as a company on the other hand, I’d like to make a note that your reward system is hot garbage. Extremely inconvenient using a card instead of an app. And it took me spending over $350 before I finally got a piece of free toast! Most of the employees know nothing of how the system works, and even the ones who do and try their best to pitch it in a positive light, are still stuck trying to explain a crap system that in no way incentivizes customer loyalty. The same thing could be accomplished with an email that sends out coupons periodically and I wouldn’t have to remember to swipe the stupid card every time I was there.

5 stars for the store management and crew.
Literal fines and penalties to the company for printing and distributing these cards which are actual plastic garbage.

I will not go to a restaurant that requires an employee to walk with me to the bathroom door and put a code in and insist that I not pay attention to what the code is. I am paying for your food. I should be able to walk in. I understand you’re in a bad area of town, but pay attention to who comes into your business and offset the problem that way not by abusing your customers! Where?

So good like a 10/10, the good was fresh and the chicken was so perfect and crunchy and warm and hot and delicious, plus the tea was okay and the sauce 👀 perfection.
