They were very helpful and patient.
Its chicken fingers and fast food. My Grandchildren wanted chicken fingers, so this is where I went. Otherwise I never would have gone there. In the US this is about average food. If this was in Europe, I would have ranked it 1 or 2 stars.
Just wondering when you’ll have dessert on the menu?? At least a cookie.
We had been at the ER room for over 6 hrs. We were hungry and trying to find a place to grab a quick bite. It was about 5 till midnight and saw Cane's was open( 63rd,&May, 4/19/2025). They were very polite and courteous even for a last minute customer. I felt so bad for them but they assured me it was okay. They close at midnight.
Decided to go to this 63rd location . Only to find hair in my food. The manager and the employees were not concerned and acted like this is was okay. The whole experience was upsetting and not resolved.
Fresh, hot tasty chicken tenders. Mostly go in drive-thru. Have been inside few times & can get busy. Staff seem well-trained on appropriate manners, customer service. Great sweet tea sometimes bit too much sugar but good strength, not weak. Wish they had more sides than fries or slaw, even if just one more. Every so often get a freebie via email.

Always have been completely satisfied with eating at Raising Canes. The toasted bread is yum ! The chicken reminds me of another brand which our family loves. The portion size is plentiful. The tea is fresh. Absolutely delicious.
They had me wait 10 minutes while they figured it out someone’s DoorDash order. The manager was right there and he had several extra employees that could’ve checked me out, but he did not care, poor management. Inefficient.
Got food poisoning eating at this location. Would not recommend.
Manager aggressively approached me and friends thinking we insulted one of the employees. Us, being confused refuted it of course. Manager did not believe us and threatened to kick us out. Staff glared at us for our entire visit, and it was extremely unpleasant. This was one of our first times at canes and we won’t be coming back. If that did happen, I could understand the frustration however, they did not handle the situation professionally.
