I ordered a Ghee Podi Dosa. Dosa is roasted like a papad (soo crispy). There is some podi but no ghee. Dissapointed. They need to get better at roasting dosa to the right degree. Not too crispy and not too soft.

Best Irani chai and lamb korma with naan in town . Very hard workers and food is 100% fresh every single time .

I had the goat korma, which tasted ok, but I'd guess there was MSG in it.

This restaurant was awesome when it first opened, but every day the quality of the food keeps dropping and getting worse. Honestly, it's really bad now. I had some of their food this week and ended up with stomach problems right after. Seriously, folks, steer clear of this place until they sort out their food quality.

There is difference between North Indian and South Indian food.. They are using the spices too much into their curries that the dishes are not authentic anymore.. and garlic gobi way too mushy.. it's was like a pile of dough.. They need to work on the flavors of dishes ..

I love spicy food, and I really love this place. I’d be scared to go extra spicy though, the medium spice is pretty hot compared to Tex mex food or “spicy” BBQ in the area.

The Parotta was amazing. It was probably one of the best bread items I’ve had in years.

Everything looked clean, and nice, and tidy. You have to order at the counter and take it to the table yourself. That’s the only reason I gave service and atmosphere 4 stars.

Counter service always gets 3 stars. Great restaurant. Freshly prepared, good portions, great selection. Canned soft drinks are a funky odd choice. No hot tea.

🌙 A dinner that turned into a memory.

This wasn’t just any visit to a restaurant. It was actually part of a special evening a spontaneous and meaningful one that I’ll remember for a long time. I had just met someone pretty through my dear friend Nalini in Stillwater, Oklahoma.. a beautiful soul, a Muslim girl, someone with grace and quiet charm. After a brief conversation and coffee, I mustered the courage to ask her if she’d like to join me for a for dinner, and to my surprise and happiness, she said yes.

We ended up at Saffron Cuisine of India a place that somehow matched the moment. Warm, inviting, with the aroma of home-style Indian spices in the air.

We ordered their Saffron Special Chicken Biryani, and it did not disappoint. Rich, flavorful, and full of the kind of depth you’d expect from something made with care it almost became the backdrop for our heartfelt conversations... We also tried the Mutton Biryani, which was good but not quite at the same level as the chicken one. Still, it kept the experience pleasant.

Curious to try more, we went for the squid in gravy but this one felt a bit out of place. More Chinese in flavor than legit dish, and although it was tender, it didn’t really fit the vibe of the meal we were enjoying.

As for the Irani Chai, it was decent but for $2 a cup, and knowing what other places offer for less, it felt a tad overpriced, especially for people like us young students trying to create moments while keeping things budget-friendly.

Sometimes, it’s not just about the food but about the feeling a place carries. Saffron might not be the flashiest or the most extravagant restaurant but on that night, it was perfect. It gave us a warm meal, a cozy setting, and the right kind of space for two strangers to get to know each other better.

I don’t know where that connection will lead, but I do know that this dinner will always hold a gentle place in my memory.

I Like the place and also the variety of the food But the dude on the register was so rude and doesn’t behave right with the customers. I was confused on some matter and when I tried to ask it like twice he was so rude so I just walk away from there.

If I could I give 0 to this place. We have been coming to this place for 6 years. My experience of this place is experience by my entire family. Today We decided to never go to this place again. The problem still remains after addressing the issues several times.

Explanation: We had expressed our concern to the receptionist. You should have asked your front desk first as they know the issue very well but anyways.
First of all, in the past several times we never received naan with sabji. By the time sabji is ready, naan always gets cold (vice versa)… not one time, but several times. So upon receiving our order, I told the guy the naan is cold, he went inside and warmed it up(we really requested fresh bread). But We said ok. My husband (foodie) tried to explain to issue but it seems like you guys don’t care… after that, we order another one, which was undercooked. We’ve noticed such incident on several occasions.
We only ask for quality food. And You can only ask so much. So we just decided to not come anymore…
We don’t want refund. Thanks
