Yesterday when I picked up my curbside order I asked if I had gotten ALL of the items on my list. The very unfriendly grungy guy with the long beard who loaded it answered with a hostile yes.
Then When I got home I found he lied and I had been cheated out of one of my items that Sam’s charged me for.
Sam’s Customer Service absolutely sucks.
First I had to deal with an idiotic recorded message that couldn’t understand what I needed.
Finally I was transferred to a foreign CS rep whose English was so bad I couldn’t understand her! She also insulted me and was incredibly slow.
What an insult to loyal Sam’s customers!!
Think I’ll be going to Costco when my membership expires!

I had a problem with a tire yesterday. The tire center is still closed but Don, who was working in another department until his reopens, helped me find a solution to my situation! He went above and beyond the call of his job to help. Way to go Don!!! Also a big thank you to the three other employees that helped me find Don.

No one showed up at Self Check Out Yo do an Age Verification. I waited about 10 minutes then I had to go to a regular checkout. There was on 2 registers open and the lines were outrageous
Yesterday placed an order for club pick-up. Wasn't ready when I arrived. One Customer Service Rep was so discourteous & the Manager too!! Only person behind the Counter was Nicely. She checked me out after they filled the order. Very nice & courteous! After waiting 15 minutes for someone to carry out. Nicely brought my order out & loaded it for me. If Sam's had more Nicelys it would be a pleasure to shop there. Someone in this organization should praise & raise her immediately. Dismiss the other 2 people. They do not represent your organization well. Donna Burn.

The discourtesy and disrespect of customers at this Sam's is preposterous. Absolutely hate the way we are forced to check out now. What an insult! Yesterday the cashier morons totally unfolded my new towels, because they consider all of is to be thieves, then wadded them up and threw them and my slipper socks that were gifts on top of and around the greasy chicken!! Then were rude as hell when I complained about it. This and more is why there will be a huge mass exodus of us canceling our memberships and going to the new Cosco the moment they open. This store is horrible!!

Today I asked my husband if we could go out for lunch. To my surprise we pulled up to Sams Club. So I thought to myself “cool he's taking me for a food court pizza or hotdogâ€....but nope we passed up the food court and I followed him as he took me to every sample station they had available. We had pb&j, trail mix, crackers with chicken salad, sour patch kids yogurt, and salad. I couldn't have been happier and more full. Thank you to my loving husband and thank you Sams club it was the perfect day date!
