Smoothies are fine, over priced and you may never get them, but they taste fine. This particular location is incapable of even basic service though. I had an order taken by another customer cause of their frankly idiotic pick up system (little caddy near the front of the store that they write the names on the cups with what appears to be a highlighter, wonder why my order got stolen?)
Asked for a remake, waited 10 minutes, watched another remake that came after me get what they ordered and decided to see what's up, was told I'd be refunded, would get a gift card and they give me a call when they get my order ready. Never got the call, had to go ask for the remake when they had no one in the store so I didn't overload the people working here. Have yet to receive anything but an email from corporate that accomplished nothing.
Please just go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, or better yet, take 20 minutes of your day and make your own, cheaper and a much better experience than this place I'm sure!

Was givin attitude when my order was wrong! Then watched them poor it back into the blender three times. Drink didn’t taste like it normally does so to avoid conflict just threw it away! Will be my last time here. Used to come every morning and afternoon but it’s gone to crap.

I visited this Smoothie King location today and was thoroughly impressed. Upon entering, I was promptly greeted by the staff. The establishment was immaculately clean, and the smoothie I ordered was exceptional. When I expressed uncertainty about my selection, both staff members demonstrated impressive knowledge and provided informative guidance to help me choose the ideal smoothie to commence my day. I was delighted to discover that they carry my preferred snack, chocolate Quinoa crisps. Establishing a positive atmosphere, particularly in the morning, can be challenging, but they excelled in this regard. I will undoubtedly return to this location.

Omg Miss Trinity D was oober patient with my mom and I lol we hadn't been in in a while so we were indecisive on what to get and now there are smoothie bowls!! Anywho she was amazing and her and Miss Victoria B made amazing smoothies my mom and I got the Strawberry Hulk and a Greek Yogurt Pineapple Mango ooowee delicious!!!!

Waited in line for a 20 oz smoothie. They took my money but no update or anything provide. Asked for a supervisor and they said it’s wasn’t one on duty. It’s ridiculous to have to wait that long. Blew my horn on several occasions. And nothing. Very bad business!

Smoothie was very good, though service was lacking. I waited 30 minutes inside for my smoothie. What really bothered me was people who ordered their smoothies after me got them sooner than me. I think the staff just needs work on prioritizing wait time.

I’ve always liked smoothie king I’m from Texas and that’s all we have there and so I decided to stop by since I’m visiting my niece here and my god was it a disaster my smoothie was pretty good not much to say just tasted like the normally lemon twist strawberry I normally get but while I was ordering this buff short dude either a manager or the boss comes out of the back just yelling at the employee I could hear him from the back and than he brought it out in the store it was very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location.
