I wish I could leave no stars, I will never return to a sonic ever again.This one has completely ruined the franchise for me. They used to be about quality and customer service. I gave them my order there was an issue with one of my orders they didn't hear me correctly. I said ok no worries. Spent 50 bucks on this food. To take it home to find out they made make my bacon burger with out the bacon. Bag was completely soaked in grease Girl that brought my food out was rude. This is just a horrible place. And urge people to go elsewhere

Kinda weird when I order 30$ worth of food and I want more then 4 ranch cups ,fully willing to pay for them but they refuse to... Definitely not coming back to buy food I enjoy dipping in ranch to not be allowed to buy the ranch...

Ordered 2 chili cheese coneys. Neither had cheese on them when pulling them out. Both were smashed and 80% of toppings were left on wrappers no matter how hard i tried. Getting ridiculous! Not only less toppings but now those toppings won't be there anyway thanks to carelessness! The fries also tasted like they were cooked in 2-3 week old grease.

Cook might be little deaf 🤔 had to buy another sandwich when I plainly said it and so did a passenger repeating in and confirmed plain and triesed telling them and giving them the food I ended up giving to homeless people who I crossed ✝️ paths with when I got correct sandwich and payment was collected again

The food is usually pretty good but this store will not honor the half price drinks knowing their app is trash. Other locations will go ahead and do it and that's why I'll drive out of my way even though this location is right by my house

It’s 11:45 they turned off the lights. Won’t make specialty drinks, won’t serve the queso, made us move our car bc it’s cold outside and they didn’t want to walk far to our car. This is the only location open that’s the only reason I ever come here bc the workers are rude. Not staying open as late as your suppose to is not cool either we drove from across town.
