So It’s 4:26pm I just got my drinks & I ordered them at 4:10pm. I used to work for sonic all through high school. All I know is, it’s an order with food came out 15 to 20 minutes after the order was placed, we would let them know. And the reason would usually be because we were that busy or messed it up some how & had to redo the order. However, drinks, especially if The quantity ordered is less than six, It’s supposed to be out in under five minutes. Seemed like everyone was doing out duties or cleaning up. We did that around 4:00pm too during the day, but we also had people on doing the job so we weren’t falling short. Long story short, not sure how it ever takes 16 minutes to get out two drinks to a car!

Ordered today and food was over cooked with a mix of fries and asked for tater tots didn’t get part of our order pressed the button waited 34 min and placed it again waited again still nothing finally hubby asked for manager asked for full refund and manager. Got excuses instead of the food we ordered got the refund and general manager Brittany’s attitude apology.

Pulled into a stall, waited 10 minutes without anyone answering, before backing out and pulling up to drive thru. Instant greeting - order 4 items, all ice cream. We ended up waiting 30 more minutes for simplistic items! There were atleast 6-8 people in the restraunt; 4 of them with headsets on. None of the employees had any initiative, zero hustle and zero regard for the customers. Highly recommend going to another location if you want positive and quick service because this location severly lacks any positive aspects of that.

Recent experiences at Sonic have been less than good. Current advertised special is the pulled pork sandwich. They were out. It happens. Someone had left to get more and they said we could wait. Ordered a burger instead. Then they said they had enough to do 1 more pulled pork sandwich.This is what I got.Dried up,barely there pork. No sauce. An extra extra toasted bun.I want to like Sonic. They are making it hard to keep liking them.

Just left without my order. Literally seconds ago. The drive thru employee was the rudest. "What else, is that it along with huffing and puffing and acting so put out. To the point my 9 year old said she had an attitude. Left without our order and won't be back.

Waited 30 minutes for a hot dog and never got it. Had to request a receipt, they wouldn’t even give me one. Customer service was embarrassing.
First time in 6 months they got my order right unfortunately they made me wait 3-4 min to answer the drive thru there was no outlier customers in the parking lot and I drive around 3 employees were all on there phones of course. Then 15 min to make a coney with tots and the only customer crazy how bad this place has gotten!

They were so slow! I ordered 2 ice creams on the app and arrived maybe 5 minutes later and checked in. I set there for over 20 minutes waiting, called in and they said "oh we will be right there" then waited another 10 minutes. Not impressed at all.
