I told them I'm wanted it fresh, I waited all that didn't taste fresh at all . But the lady that help was nice...cause explained to lady that sonic of SE 43rd is horrible. That y when I go to sonic I ask them to make my food fresh . . And it no disrespect to the owner. I just believe that somebody pay for something they should get what they pay for.
Unacceptable for a drink only order. The screenshot from the app was taken as the carhop was walking to my car with my TWO DRINKS at 8:29pm. The reciept shows that my order was placed at 8:09pm. I ordered a 44oz plain Dr Pepper, and a 44oz plain sweet tea.
We stopped in for 2 corndogs to hold us over to dinner and asked for 4 packs of mustard. It took 15 minutes to get our corn dogs without any mustard as requested. Then the corn dogs weren't even hot and fresh. Slightly warm. It's not just this Sonic either. Seems like any Sonic I've been to lately has had poor service and bad food quality. I think I will give up on this chain.
