Fast decent grub
Clean place to eat
Service should include a smile, thank you, and knowledge about food you haven't tried. Also if a customer uses cash, change should be in the favor of the customer not the store. E.g. I gave you $6 for an amount due of $5.43. I should have been given change of 60 cents because you don't acknowledge pennies not 50 cents. Learn math.
