I was ordering off the app right, I pay for my food then the entire app crashes. Not returning my money tho, so then I push the button and tell them bout it. To sum it up they said talk to a support line but if you want food your still going to have to pay us. This took about TWO

I showed up just after 11am.Ordered 2 sscb, 1 bac sscb, tots, and ched pep.First off, the burgers were not only COLD, but thrown together. The patties were obviously old and sitting there. My bac sscb had 1 patty and when I say it was old- it was ancient.All the tots were under- done and lukewarm at best, and ched peps were almost ok (chedpeps retain heat well)I worked for Sonic for a number of years, this is unacceptable practice that starts at managment... if I wanted old food I would have went to carlsjr or burger King down the street.I live a mile away, and have for over 20years... i haven't been to this sonic in awhile... so this is what we are to expect when we pay almost $50 dollars to feed 3 now.... I won't be back.I'm embarrassed for you Sonic... that meal was horrid.I didn't bring it back because if you can't get it right the first time in this spectacular manner- why would I think you could fix it?Management should be fired and all cooks retrained.Car hop was friendly and professional... she was the best part of my entire experience today.
