If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food this is the place! No disrespect to the TexMex lovers, but having grown up and lived in California for the first 50 years of my life, this is the style of Mexican food that I know and love. The food, the music, the smells of the food cooking… it all takes me back home to California’s Central Valley!! Our family is so glad we’ve found this food truck!
