Terrible Customer Service
The first carhop was lovely. I noticed that an item was omitted and pushed the button to let staff know. The staff member answered and I said, "We didn't get our medium chili cheese tots". the staff member said, "Anything else?". Confused, I said, "No" and she gave me the total for chili cheese tots. I ordered an ice cream slush from this location and 1/4 through my drink I sucked up and chewed on a FLY. I tried to call this store to make my complaint, but my first call rang for a minute and a half before disconnecting. The second call they answered, but when I asked to speak to a manager the phone was set down, not put on hold so I could sit and hear everything going on inside the store, and waited for 15 minutes to be spoken to.
