When we told them it was missing they said we never ordered it despite the order taker verified prior what we ordered. They then said if we wanted it we had to be charged again for the item. They would not provide an original receipt even when asked. I reluctantly paid for the item again and gave them my card again to pay...

The fries and corn dog were overcooked, to say the least. As always, the drinks were perfection.
Although the person taking our order couldn't hear us very well, they did respond kindly and asked clarifying questions.

The half price drinks all day (when using their app) drew us in. The wonderful customer service keeps drawing us back!! Our closest Sonic is the one on Rockwell in OKC. The folks there are always helpful, fast, and friendly. Vanessa is far and away our favorite server. No matter how busy they are, no matter how cold or how hot it is, she always has a welcoming smile and a best friend kind of spirit. She truly seems to care for her customers and it shows!!
