Just all around bad tasting food. Bad quality, bad flavor, poorly cooked. Only thing good are the drinks.
App is hardly ever available anymore, slow service, under staffed and poor communication from staff to customers.
This sonic has bad customer service. Slow service. I ordered my meal through the app and pick up at 815. I got there at 810 and my food came out at 825. I told them I wanted a discount because now I was going to late back from my lunch break and didn’t have time to eat it. She just tried to keep giving me the food and saying it’s here now. Then I just said I want a refund had to fight about a refund. Never eat at this sonic.
