My daughter ordered 2 #10 She was given 2 #2. She pushed the call button, explained it in the situation, and the girl who took her order come to the car and said no honey you definitely ordered 2 #2 She took my daughters receipt, went inside, talk to the manager and come back out with the solution of my daughter buying another meal. My daughter had a panic attack because this girl was so rude. Unfortunately, or thankfully my daughter is not used to dealing with people like that....read full review
The owner has been saying "sorry for your experience" for years. Yet nothing changes.This isn't a corporate location, you can start filing complaints with corporate and they will lose their license to operate a sonic.
I eat at this sonic almost every day and recently I lost my car so I had to pay for a ride to here just for my food to b burnt literally so hard u couldn't even eat it so I called and talked to Robert and he said he would replace my food whenever I could come get it so I didn't go for a few days and I paid for another ride up there to go get my food just for them to tell me that they wasn't going to replace it just because he didn't right it down when I have spent so much money...read full review
