My daughter ordered 2 #10 She was given 2 #2. She pushed the call button, explained it in the situation, and the girl who took her order come to the car and said no honey you definitely ordered 2 #2 She took my daughters receipt, went inside, talk to the manager and come back out with the solution of my daughter buying another meal. My daughter had a panic attack because this girl was so rude. Unfortunately, or thankfully my daughter is not used to dealing with people like that. Y’all need to rethink your staff. Absolutely unacceptable.

The owner has been saying "sorry for your experience" for years. Yet nothing changes.This isn't a corporate location, you can start filing complaints with corporate and they will lose their license to operate a sonic.

I eat at this sonic almost every day and recently I lost my car so I had to pay for a ride to here just for my food to b burnt literally so hard u couldn't even eat it so I called and talked to Robert and he said he would replace my food whenever I could come get it so I didn't go for a few days and I paid for another ride up there to go get my food just for them to tell me that they wasn't going to replace it just because he didn't right it down when I have spent so much money there y'all can't even replace my food that y'all burnt up and I paid for a ride twice for nothing

This is the third time I've been to this Sonic helping each time I would have a different experience than the last. I have given up on that idea. The staff here is as rude as anywhere I have ever been. I spend at least half my time within a few blocks of this restaurant and I will never eat here again. "Queen Bee" is not the type of person you want interacting with your customers but I think that's who I've gotten every time.

Sonic on S.W. 44 and sunny lane del city Oklahoma need to hire and retain the help. Have never been so disrespect at any Sonic untill to day. If only one person is there they need to not open or tell the CUSTOMER THAT YOU ARE AND A LONE INSTEAD OF TELLING THE PERSON THEY BE RIGHT WITH YOU. THEN WHEN THE PERSON COMES OUT AND YOU ASK IF THERE IS A PROBLEMS WITH THE SPEAKER THE HIREED EMPLOYEE SHOULD NOT BE RUD OR DISRESPECTFULL TO THE CUSTOMER, THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF NOW I KNOW WHY THEY NEVER LOOK BUSY

Very poor service. I ordered two shakes and waited like 20 minutes. Other people came and went to get their food. Nothing had even appeared on the screen with a total or anything. I had to hit the call button again to ask for my food and then magically it popped up on the screen like they forgot to put in the order. I asked what happened and was told the “manager forgot to hop out the food”. I would give negative stars if I could.

All of the stalls were closed at this location (which kind of ruins the point of Sonic). Went through the drive through and was told that they were out of Large cups. The guy said there was nothing he could do for me and that I would have to cancel the order on my end and resubmit an order with smaller cups. My family and I just wanted to grab some quick drinks before we head home to start a family arts and crafts project. Im now sitting in the McDonald's drive through. I hope this issue with stalls and supplies gets resolved. The store itself looks dirty and outdated. Half the menu was missing. I believe it's the breakfast stuff. I hope that gets resolved soon as well.
